Yes, all of our offerings are designed to be inclusive and accessible to individuals of all skill levels, including beginners.

No prerequisites are required. All of our classes, workshops and events are open to everyone, regardless of experience or wellness/fitness level. All you need is an open mind and an open heart and you will succeed in any STUDIO MAHALIA class.

Mahalia offers 60-minute, 90-minute, and 120-minute one-on-one private movement sessions. During a private movement session, you will receive personalized instruction tailored to your fitness level and goals. Each session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and overall body and breath awareness.

STUDIO MAHALIA offers a variety of yoga instruction, including Ashtanga Advanced, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, designed to cater to different skill levels and preferences.
